About us

About Us: Our Roots, Your Escape

Coral Riviera is not just a destination; it is a story of family, land, and authentic Sardinian hospitality. This estate was originally my father’s home, a farmer who dedicated his life to these fields. Every corner of the property breathes the history of his hard work among the olive trees and a deep respect for the slow rhythms of nature.

The turquoise heart of our garden—our swimming pool—is the most beautiful tribute to this past. It was born from the careful restoration of an ancient stone basin (vascone), originally built by my father to collect water for irrigating the crops. Today, that historic structure has been transformed into a place for your relaxation, preserving the timeless charm of the stone and the memory of its rural soul.

Professional Expertise, Personal Touch

In addition to my family heritage, I bring my professional experience to your stay. As a travel agent, I understand exactly what makes a holiday unforgettable: attention to detail, seamless comfort, and the feeling of being "at home" even when you are miles away. I put my expertise at your service to help you discover the most authentic side of Alghero. I am not just your host, but a consultant ready to recommend the perfect itinerary, the most secluded hidden coves, or those local culinary gems you won't find in any guidebook.

Welcome to our home. Welcome to the heart of the Coral Riviera.

How we started

From Family Roots to Your Mediterranean Escape

Everything started in the fields worked by my father, where the original house served as a simple refuge from his labor. The large stone pool, once built to irrigate the crops, has always been our favorite spot to cool off during the hot Sardinian summers.

In 2010, when we inherited the property, my wife Lucia and I decided to transform this heritage into something unique.

By combining my expertise as a Travel Agent, Lucia’s legal background, and our shared creativity, we gave the estate a new life. We personally designed the Shabby Chic interiors and the mosaic "Gaudì" BBQ area. Even our Cottage is a labor of love, handcrafted using reclaimed "cementine," Vietri tiles, Azulajos and planed wood to cover the Jacuzzi.
