Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations and Payments:

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit (usually 30% of the total amount). The remaining balance must be paid : upon arrival  in cash or 15 days before arrival. We accept payments via Bank Transfer/Paypal/Cash within legal limits.

2. Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date. For cancellations made after this period, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of a "no-show," the full amount of the stay will be charged.

3. Security Deposit: Upon check-in, a security deposit of amount, e.g., €200 may be required to cover any accidental damage. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out following a property inspection.

4. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for the furniture and equipment within the property. Any damage must be reported immediately. It is strictly forbidden to remove linens or equipment from the villa/cottage (except for beach towels, if provided).

5. Force Majeure: The property is not liable for service interruptions (electricity, water, internet) caused by force majeure or unforeseen technical failures. However, we commit to acting promptly to resolve any issues.

Tourist Tax:

The Municipality of Alghero requires a tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night . This tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 years of age are exempt.
