House Rules

a)Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

b)Quiet Hours: Please respect the silence between 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and after 11:00 PM.

c)Pool Rules: No glass near the pool area. Please shower before entering.

d)Eco-Friendly: Please turn off AC and lights when leaving the house. Waste sorting (recycling) is mandatory.

e)No Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the houses. Please use ashtrays in outdoor areas.

f)Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

g)Pets: To ensure the highest hygiene standards and out of respect for all guests (including those with allergies), pets are not allowed on the pool.

h)Parties and Events: Coral Riviera is a sanctuary of peace. Parties, events, or gatherings involving non-registered guests are strictly prohibited to preserve the tranquility of the area.

i)Parking: Free private parking is available on-site. Please use the designated areas and ensure the main gate is always closed behind you.

l)Barbecue Area: The BBQ is for your enjoyment. Please never leave it unattended while in use (especially on windy days due to fire risk) and kindly clean the grill after use for the next guest. Please  only use charcoal.
